The NS24502A device is a standalone low/mid/high band low noise amplifier device that can be used to support 5G NR re-farming along with legacy technologies. 

The NS24502A features include:

▪ Package size 2.5 x 2.5mm.

▪ Integrated low/mid/high band low noise amplifier in 41-pin single PSP package.

▪ Low band frequency support from 610 MHz–960 MHz.

▪ Mid/high band frequency support from1.45 GHz–2.7 GHz.

▪ Five independent low noise amplifiers that connect to five different inputs of transceiver. 

▪ Supports inter-band, intra-band contiguous and intra-band non.

▪ contiguous DLCA for mid/high bands.

▪ Supports TDD by-pass feature (SAWless) that can be used on both PRx and DRx for mid/high bands.

▪ Industry standard MIPI_RFFE interface and support for MIPI RFFE 2.1b.
