The NS22103A mid, and high band low noise amplifier diversity module (DRx) is a multimode, multiband front end that includes power amplifier, PA power tracking, antenna switch, low noise amplifier, and antenna tuner ICs。

The NS22103A device is a high-performance diversity module for the mobile telephone system offering the following benefits: 

▪ Integration of filters, an antenna switch (AS), and a multistage low noise amplifier (LNA) 

▪ Covers 3GPP bands:B1&66/3/7/25(2)&70/30/32&75&76/34/39/40/41(38)

▪ Two more ASM paths

▪ Single-ended input and output Rx ports
